Our customers are protected by the consumer protection act and we the customers have 15 days cancellation and return right. If you want to return purchased items, you must fill the return form.

After sending the form to our customer service you will receive follow-up instructions.

If the item you wish to return is defective please contact our customer service first.

The shipping fee for buying and returning is the same. Please check Terms & Conditions for the current shipping fee. If you have received a non-conformant product, please inform us using the return form.

Please note, that it does not count as a return if you do not receive or collect your parcel. If you cannot receive your parcel, please contact the customer service.
